On May 21 two residential units put on their
uniforms donated by United By Autism and approached the foul line to make shots! EVERYONE despite their special needs
participated in both the free throw and the staff/student basketball game!
When it was done we had a pizza party
celebrating a tie score of 16 to 16! Everyone was a winner and all that participated received certificates (staff and
students)
Several other students received medals for completing specific jobs during our January-May training such
as "Team Captain" and "Team Motivator"
It was a wonderful day celebrating team work and friendship!
We can't wait to try out a new sport for next year! Thank you to the staff and administration at Woods Services
for allowing us to hold this fun event!
